About Our Initiative

Opportunity tomorrow.The Philly Community Notary Access & Opportunity Project, an initiative of Fairmount Notary Services LLC, was created to help remove barriers for Philadelphia residents who may otherwise struggle to access essential notary services or flexible professional opportunities.Our mission has two parts: provide free notary services to qualifying individuals in need and offer free notary education and resources to people interested in exploring the notary profession, including individuals with disabilities, those rebuilding their lives, and others who may face barriers to traditional employment.We believe community support can be both immediate and empowering. Sometimes that means helping someone complete an important document today. Other times, it means sharing knowledge that could help someone discover a new skill, greater independence, or a work-from-home opportunity for tomorrow.We're starting where we live and serve—Philadelphia—with a simple belief:When access increases, opportunity can follow.
